- Once your returned item is received by us, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the criteria as set out in our 'Refund Policy'. An email will confirm the outcome and the appropriate refund will be issued to you

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with any tags and in all its original packaging
